YOU CAN BE A VOLUNTEER
Your contributions made as a volunteer represent positive social actions for the good of the community. At Hope Xpress, your gift of volunteerism will help us to achieve our mission by helping at-risk youth, distributing needed school supplies, teaching, providing life skills, participating in workshops, tutoring and mentoring.
As a volunteer, you will work with local churches and schools to help them provide to those that may not have resources.
WHY VOLUNTEER
God's word says "Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full--pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back." LUKE 6:38 (New Living Bible Translation).
The best reason to volunteer is that you are empowered through your gift of giving your service. Your service is important, it represents good stewardship. The rewards received through your service reach the heart of others in need and lastly you make a difference.
